Cover Oregon, the new health insurance marketplace created for Oregonians in association with the Affordable Care Act, is running an ad campaign featuring Oregon musicians and artists. I was lucky to get a chance to work with Portland songwriter Vikesh Kapoor for the project, and recorded and mixed his song “I Feel Free” for the campaign run by Portland brand agency North. The song features Vikesh on guitar, vocals, and harmonica and Daniel Dixon of Greylag on accordion and bouzouki.
